The Nordic Conference on Experience - Research, Education, and Practice
Media, a truly integrated part of everyday life also provide a platform/meeting point for researchers of different fields of study. This conference will cut edges and move boundaries by opening up a creative discussion on the metamorphosis of media.
The conference is cross-disciplinary and aims at bringing together educators, researchers, companies, and organizations for sharing and creating knowledge on how experience is created, shared and consumed. Participants from different disciplines such as arts, business economics and management, communication studies, education, design, and information technology are especially welcome.
The themes of papers are formulated along with the content of the accepted abstracts. Please send your proposal, a one-page abstract in RTF-format, to by September 30th, 2008. Acceptance will be notified personally via email by October 9th, 2008 and a fully detailed schedule of presentations will be published on the conference home page in October 2008.
The presentations will be in 30 minutes slots (20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion). Participants are invited to present their activities either in the discussion forums, as poster presentations or exhibitions. Please specify the equipment you will need in the registration form.
